Venezuela’s President Rodriguez visits quake-hit La Guaira town

Venezuela's acting president, Delcy Rodriguez, visited one of the towns hit by the two earthquakes that left a death toll of at least 188. Hundreds of people have been trapped under rubble and many more remained unaccounted for.
