Highlights of the Pairs Free Skating Figure Skating event from the Hamar Olympic Amphitheatre on Day 4 of the 2016 Youth Olympic Games in Lillehammer.

The gold medal was awarded to Russian pair Ekaterina Borisova and Dmitry Sopot, edging out a strong challenge from the Czech Republic pair, Anna Duskova and Martin Bidar.

Silver: Anna Duskova & Martin Bidar (CZE)
Bronze: Alina Ustimkina & Nikita Volodin (RUS)
