Honda Mower Rear Wheel Lockup The Real Fix Part 2

This is my Honda HHR2169VLA 21 inch Steel Deck Electric Start Gas Walk Behind Self Propelled Mower with Clip Director. This video is how I permanently fixed my rear wheels lockup when being pulled backwards. I initially took the mower to my local Honda Service Center when it was in warranty but they had no TSB from Honda on how to fix this. I brought it back home and tore it down to find the issue and what I discovered fixed the problem. There may be other ways to fix this notorious problem but I have had no issues since.
