In partnership with Boliden and ABB , we have successfully deployed the first fully battery-electric trolley truck system in the Boliden Kristineberg mine in northern Sweden. Currently running on an 800 meter underground test track with a 13% incline, the trolley system provides a solution to the challenges of heavy and steep electric haulage – and pushes the mining industry closer to the all-electric mine of the future, with sustainable, productive operations and improved working conditions.
