If you’re continually trying to come up with a system and process for everything you’ll zap the life blood out of your content and your business.

I know I talk a lot about systems, automated systems.

But systems can also destroy creativity.

They put everyone in a box.

I like to automate everything a human should not do.

And create guidelines and frameworks for people to think.

And then leave the creative stuff up to the humans.

And give them the freedom to explore.
