Rock Hill woman gets 23 years in jail for drunk driving death

A judge sentenced Cassie Cunningham to 23 years in jail and to pay a $15,000 fine after she pleaded guilty to a felony DUI charge. Authorities say Cunningham had nearly three times the legal limit of alcohol at the time of the fatal wreck in Rock Hill, S.C.
