Is it okay to sleep less, so that time available for study increases? A large number of students want to cut down on their sleeping hours so that they could use that time to study more. Every time, a student decides to work harder, the first thought that comes in his mind is to decrease the sleep time. Attempts to decrease sleep can have a detrimental effect on the capacity to learn and make memories.
