How to Catch and Cook PEAMOUTH Chub. Fish Burgers.

I went out salmon fishing on the Olympic peninsula. The salmon fishing was slow and I noticed little fish swimming around my feet. I decided to try and catch one. What I caught was a peamouth chub. They seemed like they were spawning because some of the fish were colored up. Since there were a lot of them around I decided to take a couple peamouth chub home to eat. I was not sure if you can eat peamouth chub but I read that you can and found some recipes to cook them. In the end I just decided to make a peamouth burger. I put the fish meat in a food processor instead of using a meat grinder.
