ABANDONED! 1969 Camaro! left in back yard for 18 years (Can We Save It Before It's Too Late??)

We attempt to dig this really amazing 1969 Chevy Camaro out of it's back yard grave before the trees come crashing down on it and send it to it's permanent resting place..
Can I get it running, driving and will it make it back home to my shop??
How bad is it and can we restore it on a budget??
