How to do Tea Rinses and Rice Water on Wash Day| Deep Condition 4c Hair

Hair treatments like Tea rinses, black tea, hibiscus tea, green tea and/or rice water for hair growth whether fermented rice water or non-fermented rice water has been a staple for me. For growing my 4c hair and maintaining the growth. We love to do these healthy hair steps but sometimes dont feel like taking the extra time. So I've been doing it differently in a way that saves me time in my wash day routine and allows these treatments to work better and deeper. 4c hair can flourish yall it can be long healthy hair, we just have to put in the time!
