Testosterone Undecanoate - Oral & Intramuscular: Safe, Effective, Ethical? - Doctor’s Analysis

Testosterone Undecanoate - sold as Aveed, Jatenzo, Nebido, and Andriol - is an ester of testosterone that has only recently been approved in the U.S., but has been used outside the country for some time. In its oral form testosterone undecanoate is quickly absorbed in the GI tract, while the intramuscular form is long-acting. In this video I discuss the unique warnings that come with this ester: allergic reaction and pulmonary oil embolism. I also cover how free T, DHT, and SHBG levels may be different vs. more common esters.
