I grew up in the 80's. Graduated High School in 1986. First concert was Rush in 1986. First time I got drunk and stoned was in 1986. Did not stop drinking and drugging until November 20th, 1994. That's when I got clean & sober. Now I have over 30 years clean & sober. Got married to a hot babe in 2010, divorced in Aug 2015. We met in 2004. Went to 5 marriage therapists during the last 3 years of our marriage. Learned its a terrible idea to get involved with someone who can never admit they are wrong, not even once.

Now, i'm happily divorced. Happy I'm not with her anymore. Now, I'm FREE! and so is she. Since my divorce, i've become an Indipendent & Authentic Individual who is achieving Self-Alctualizaion.

This channel ‘The Know Thyself Journey’, will guide One who seeks to ‘Know Thyself’ on a deeper level. My videos are not for everyone. They are crafted, so One may reach The Divine Potential they were born to achieve.

I began my Journey when I got clean & sober on Nov 21, 1994 (over 30 years ago) and my Journey got a jump-start after my tragic & eye-opening divorce in Aug 2015.

Here are a few things I learned about myself over the years:

I’m a Highly Creative Person, an Author, a Poet, 11/2 Life Path#, 11/2 Destiny#, 3 Soul#, Triple Virgo w/ a 7 Planet Virgo Stellium, Emotional Quad Right, Manifesting Generator w/ a 2/4 Hermit/Opportunist Profile plus a Personal Life Theme of the Cross of The Sleeping Phoenix (Future Transformation), my Top 3 Intelligences are: LINGUISTICAL, INTERPERSONAL & SPATIAL, my Top Strengths are: INPUT, CONNECTEDNESS, COMMUNICATION, POSITIVITY, WOO & I’m also a fabulous ENFP. Now that One knows me better, how would One briefly describe One’s Self?
