Fixing Windshield Wiper that Keeps Blowing Fuse

After being told it would cost $1,200 to replace the wiper motor on his Mercedes, my friend brought it to me for a second opinion. I found a wire rubbing against the wiper motor causing a short. 15 minutes, one fuse and a wiring repair later, the problem was fixed.
