INAV AutoLaunch: Simple setup and demos

One little update from the video: nav_fw_launch_timeout sets the maximum time for launch sequence to be executed. After this time LAUNCH mode will be turned off and regular flight mode will take over (https://github.com/iNavFlight/inav/blob/master/docs/Settings.md). Not the time it'll wait as I covered in the video. Thanks to those who spotted that! :D
