Knee Friendly Pilates Workout 30 Min | No Equipment Mixed Ability Pilates

Join me for a 30 minute knee friendly mixed ability class to strengthen the legs, core and glutes without putting any pressure on the knees. Using both classical and contemporary pilates exercises to alleviate knee pain, this is the perfect session to do if you have problems with your knees and want a great workout. It will contain rehab exercises specifically to strengthen the muscles around the knees as well as general exercises to build full body strength, mobility and flexibility with a focus on the core and lower body.
