DIY Faux fireplace | Decorating my new fireplace!

So this wasn't a easy task and not as cheap as I anticipated honestly but it was totally worth it! it was about $125 for materials including paint and stain as well.

Unfortunately I dont have the exact plan to build the one we made because we just winged it but I linked below a awesome faux fireplace that will be easier to follow than I could ever try to explain 😅

2x4s , 2x8's, 1x2's, 1x3's , wood glue, 1×16 for top mantel, three decor wood peices from lowes, plastic wood filler, waverly chalk paint, rustoleum stain (kona) .
