Are your answers both a big “YES”, but at the same time you can’t be bothered to turn your oven on or spend too much time close to your stove, because it’s just too hot outside?
Well then, trust me, I feel you. And I’ve got you covered!

This UPDATED food diary is all about *FRESHNESS* - fresh ingredients, fresh *EASY RECIPES*, fresh *NO-BAKE MEALS*, fresh ideas - and a lot of these food options also perfectly fit in the category #ITALIANSUMMERFAVORITES ... so I can’t wait to share them with you :)
I hope you’ll enjoy stepping into my kitchen again and spending another week together!

Here’s what we had this time:
-MONDAY: insalatona with tuna, almonds and green apples / caprese;
-TUESDAY: pasta fredda with zucchini pesto, black olives and cherry tomatoes / scrambled eggs with green beans ;
-WEDNESDAY: turkey wraps made with spinach tortillas / hummus with fresh vegetables;
-THURSDAY: spaghetti al pomodoro / insalatona with swordfish bites ;
-FRIDAY: grilled chicken fillet with green beans / pizza.
