Using the BSR Bernina Stitch Regulator

The BERNINA Stitch Regulator is an amazing foot, first off BERNINA is the only sewing machine that offers this and two its works amazing. So the way the stitch regulator works is the foot attached super easy just like all of our BERNINA feet and plugs into the back or for the older machines it connects underneath by the lights. Then underneath the foot you can the little screen for the optical sensor that when on is watching the movement of the fabric, this is what the the machine to stitch. So once you turn the BSR on and you start moving fabric the machine starts to stitch. The faster you move the fabric the faster the machine will stitch, it is surely amazing. This is exactly how our Q20 and Q24 long-arms work except they have two built in BSR. Take a look at the video and let me know what you think?
