Challenge #1: 100 pull-ups in 5 minutes (timer visible + every rep).

Today I’m starting a new series: Impossible Time Challenges (Calisthenics).
Not for ego — for truth. If I fail the time cap, I still finish the reps.

Challenge

✅ 100 Pull-Ups in 5 Minutes
That’s 20 reps per minute. Sounds simple… until your grip stops working.

Rules
• Full range reps (no half pulls)
• Timer shown
• Honest attempt (no excuses)

What to watch for

Minute 1 feels easy.
Minute 3 is the fight.
Minute 5 is pure survival.
