This is a historical documentary about Fred Hampton (1948–1969), Chairman of the Illinois chapter of the Black Panther Party, who was killed by Chicago police in a coordinated raid on December 4, 1969.
Chicago. December 4th, 1969. Four in the morning.

He was 21 years old. He was asleep. He had been drugged. And the man
who drew the FBI a floor plan to his bedroom had been sitting at his
right hand for fourteen months.

This is the story of who Fred Hampton was, what he had figured out at
21, and what they killed when they came through his door before sunrise.
