Elden Ring - All Golden Seeds Locations (Flask Upgrades)

You need to find 30 Golden Seeds to get all Flask Upgrades in Elden Ring. There are more than 30 Golden Seed Locations in the game, but only 30 are needed to max out the Flasks, meaning you can skip any that you find difficult and grab one of the extras instead. You can have a total of 14 Flasks total. The amount of Golden Seeds it takes to upgrade the Flasks goes up the further you upgrade it.

Finding all Golden Seeds makes the game easier, it gives you more flasks, allowing you to heal more often or restore mana more often. You can distribute these at any site of grace between health flasks and FP flasks.
