Day In The Life Of A Sous Chef in Vancouver
Enjoy my day as a Sous Chef in Vancouver. My day usually starts around noon and finishes around 10-11pm. Normally I am doing things such as plating, shucking oysters, cleaning and portioning proteins in addition to helping other people with their prep and answering questions.
