Help me save this pregnant cow!

So this cow’s name is Mažutė (Lithuanian for “The Little One”) and she is 9 years old milk cow, who was raised by a local senior couple for milking purposes. It wasn’t their first cow, so by habit they thought they would manage. But now they’ve became seniors and aged faster than they expected, their health weakened and the lady’s husband decided that he can’t continue with helping his wife to deal with their cow anymore. He rejects her. So they decided to sell their cow to the slaughter house because nobody else wants her and slaughter house gives the best price. 😢 Also, the worst part is that they made this cow pregnant with a calf before selling her, so that they can also sell a calf to get more money 🤦🏻‍♀️😭🥺 Apparently they did this 5 times already before and sold all of her calfs away this horrible way...
When I heard that, I was terrified and totally heartbroken. I have heard these stories before, but they were just stories, and this one is real and it is happening with us! In front of us with the cow we know in person and got so attached to 🤷🏻‍♀️ 😢
We are spiritual people, Vaishnavas... we are Krishna’s devotees and I am sure you understand, that we can’t let that happen. The cow is classed to be a holy animal for us! A symbol of Mother! We feel the urge to take the responsibility for this cow and save her, by giving her a cruelty free shelter and a lot of love in OUR OWN HOME and OUR FIELDS for the rest of her life.

Finding funds right now is hard though, as we are investing every penny of what we have into preparing our own home for our first winter here, which requires the fix of the roof, floors, insulations, infrastructures and so on. We are investing a lot of our own physical strength to establish the garden, allotment area and so we just don’t have those extra funds that is needed to buy this cow and all the necessary equipment for her and her baby’s safe living and maintenance. Everything costs money as you know, but we just didn’t expect that our desire to have a cow at some point in our life would manifest NOW! But Krishna’s will is his will and the cow in need of saving had come into our life now.
I am sending this letter to all of Vaishnava friends and to all the other friends who is willing to help. Together we will be able to make this work. We are promising to take responsibility for this beautiful cow and her baby together with my husband as this is the right thing to do. Please help if you can by donating as much as you can🙏🏻 Every penny donated will be used to pay for this cow and her baby, equipment for her maintenance and milking, to rebuild her shed, the stall for her, her food, medical needs, seeds to sow for the next season nutrious food-grass. This isn’t even a full list yet 🤷🏻‍♀️
All we know is that this cow is already ours in our hearts and we truly love her and want her to live happily to the rest of her life. We can’t save all of these beautiful souls, but we can save two!
These animals along with both of us will be eternally grateful for this.
