Is it worth seeing a sold conditional home as a buyer?

In this video, Barrie Realtor Jacob Keogh of RE/MAX Hallmark Chay Realty shares a few details about the reality of a property that is sold conditional and still allowing showings.

Some seller's decide to continue to allow showings in case the current conditional offer falls through, as it may uncover other potential buyers.

However, as a buyer seeing a home that's conditionally sold, please know this: even if you fall in love with the home and want to offer a million over the list price, the seller cannot legally accept your offer unless the original accepted offer is removed by the original buyers.
