Creatine and Sleep: This Bit Gets Missed 👀

Creatine used to be a gym conversation. Now it's everywhere: muscle, performance, brain health, recovery… and recently, sleep.

But here's the bit that often gets missed.

Some research has explored whether creatine might help reduce certain effects of sleep deprivation by supporting ATP (the energy used by your cells and brain).

That doesn't mean creatine replaces sleep.

No supplement replaces recovery.

Sleep still comes first.
