Los 2 Carnales se han colocado en lo más alto del regional mexicano con sus éxitos como “El Envidioso”, “Vida Ventajosa”, “El Borracho”, entre otras canciones. El nombre de la agrupación hace referencia al parentesco entre Imanol y Poncho Quezada, líderes y vocalistas de la banda también conformada por Armando Hernández (bajo) y Kevin Montemayor (batería).

La carrera musical de los hermanos Quezada comenzó en su natal San Pedro de las Colonias, Coahuila. Donde se juntaban para tocar en bares, restaurantes y fiestas.
Su primera gran oportunidad fue abriendo para La Trakalosa de Monterrey en su natal Coahuila. Gracias a su gran participación otras bandas solicitaban sus servicios para abrir en sus conciertos.

En el 2018 lanzaron su primer sencillo y meses después a través de las redes sociales los contactó El Fantasma, quien invitó a los hermanos Quezada a realizar un dueto. Tras este encuentro se embarcaron en una gira con la estrella duranguense como teloneros.
