CFO Requirements|Guidance & Counseling Certificate

These are the requirements in CFO to get a Guidance & Counseling Certificate:

1st
1) Valid Passport
2) Valid Visa
3) Petitioner's Passport
4) Marriage Certificate (if married)

If you are using a tourist/visit visa or traveling to a visa free country, these are the requirements based on IATF guidelines for non-essential travel this pandemic:

1) Affidavit of Support/Invitation Letter
Authenticated by the Philippine Embassy of the country of destination
2) Authenticated Handwritten Declaration of your Relationship made by the Petitioner
The letter should indicate following:
*What is your relationship?
*How did the two of you meet?
*How long have you two been together?
*What is the purpose of your travel to the country
*That he will be the one who will be in-charge of your safety
*His name and signature
3) Travel Itinerary (flight and accommodation )
4) Travel Insurance
