How I Lost 300 Pounds with Chuck Carroll!
Chuck Carroll is currently the host of the Exam Room Podcast produced by the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine. But if you would have seen Chuck in his twenties, you certainly would not have guessed that ten years later he would be hosting one of the most popular health and wellness podcasts. At his heaviest, Chuck weighed 420 pounds and was beginning to wonder if he would live long enough to see his thirtieth birthday.
Chuck is living proof that a plant-based diet is optimal both for healthy weight loss and also keeping the weight off long term. Now at a healthy body weight, Chuck is focussed on helping others experience the same life changing benefits he has experienced since adopting a whole food plant-based diet.
