Hi guys, I'm Eileen. In this video, I share some of my most unforgettable luxury shopping experience. Most of the customer service I've received has been really great. I know the opinions regarding Hermes customer service can really vary, but my Hermes sale associate has always been very good. I was also treated incredibly well in Louis Vuitton, Rolex, and especially Dior. That said, I once got told off at Chanel, but that's hardly the reason I stopped buying Chanel lol.
