[Touhou 東方] Flandre's theme - U.N. Owen Was Her? (Joropo llanero)

Another Touhou arrangement, this time I did my best with Flandre's theme. Considering my first joropo arrangement had a good result, I tried to make some improvements for this one, especially with the instruments. Concerning the style, this one was based exclusively on golpe style (I made a mistake here; actually, this can be considered a very fast pasaje because the harmonic structure is free, unlike golpe). Despite the final track being just 2 minutes, I'm satisfied with the result (for now).
