Veg Dum One Pot Kabuli Biryani Ingredients:
1 cup chola boiled
½ cup soya chunks
Oil - 2 tbsp
Kashmiri Red chili powder 1 tsp
Biryani masala - 1 tsp
Haldi - ¼ tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
Mint / Coriander or chutney - ¼ cup / 2 tbsp
Birista - 4 tbsp
Cardamom - 2/3
Cinnamon - 2 sticks
Peppercorn - 1 tsp
Rice 2 cups soaked
Dahi - 4 tbsp
