Honda Hornet CB600F 1998 after carbs rebuild

There's a few things on this bike that are messed up. Tacho, front sprocket, carburettor and probably more. Think someone didn't know where the power gone, so decided to mess with carb tune and small sprocket for at least acceleration and low speeds but apparently it did not run at all before I got it. Me and my good mate, trying to sort the bike out with very little experience on older bikes and carbs.
