WWE is heading towards WWE Royal Rumble 2021. As always, the Royal Rumble will be the first pay-per-view of the year for WWE as they prepare for WrestleMania 37. With Royal Rumble kicking off the road to WrestleMania, there’s certainly a lot to look forward to.

However, more than anything else, the Royal Rumble is usually a pay-per-view where multiple Superstars make their return to the company. Last year, John Morrison, MVP, and Edge, to name but a few, made their returns to WWE and stole the show. This year again, there might be a number of stars returning to the company, be it from injuries, or simply from time that they spent away.

Before getting into the top ten stars who may return, there are two honorable mentions. Becky Lynch is someone whose return the entire WWE Universe is looking forward to, but for the moment it might be safer for her to not return, seeing that she only recently gave birth to her child with Seth Rollins, Roux. Another return that could take place at the 2021 Royal Rumble, is none other than that of fans. Ever since the pandemic, fans have been absent from WWE shows, but with rumors of WWE working to get fans back into the arena, this could easily be the moment that fans finally return to WWE shows.

Another honorable mention is none other than Brock Lesnar. Lesnar has not been seen in the company since he lost the match against Drew McIntyre at last year’s Royal Rumble and may return to WWE once again to challenge for the title, and to do so, his best avenue would be the Royal Rumble.
