For this dish, an ordinary duck 2 (kg) was taken, (if the weight is more, then the cooking time increases slightly). Wash the bird, clean and marinate in the sauce (composition: 1-3 tbsp mayonnaise, 1 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp mustard, 6-7 garlic cloves, 2-3 tbsp salt, pack (10-15g ) seasonings for chicken), leave overnight in a cool place. For cooking, we take a sleeve (40 cm), for the substrate we chop 0.5-0.7 kg. cabbage and 1 onion, 2-3 apples are sewn into a duck (you can use tangerines). We put everything in a sleeve, tie it up and make punctures on top to let air out. Spread on a baking sheet and cook in the oven at 180g. 2 hours. After 1.5 hours, cut out the top of the sleeve for frying, duck blush. Improvise! Bon appetit!
