Should you buy IMAC for programming or design?

Could you buy IMAC for programming or graphics ?
In my view definitely not . Here are the reasons.
First , all IMAC use a radeon graphics cards and the highest operating system adaptive with these graphic cards are Mac OS X 10.10 Yosemite. If you are a programmer you need to use Xcode ,etc so the minimum operating system version is Mac OS X 10.13(High Sierra). Could you upgrade it to the latest version? The answer is yes but your Radeon graphics cards is useless.

So don’t buy IMAC if you are a programmer or designer.
