How to Teach Kids About Stranger Danger | Protecting Kids from Predators | The Mom Psycholgist

Of course, we hope our children never encounter an unsafe stranger. We hope they will never be in a place where they have to scream and defend themselves against an unsafe person or stranger.

But, just as with other important life skills, this is an important life skill to teach our children. Begin to teach them about strangers around age 4 but start planting seeds during the toddler years.
