Fennel seeds (saunf)-3/4 tbsp
Cinnamon-3 small pieces
Green cardamom-6
Cloves-10

Butter-100 gm
Chicken-1200 gm
Onion (chopped)-1
Tomato (chopped)-1
Vinegar-2 tbsp
Corn flour-1 tbsp
Egg-1
Red food colour-1/4 tsp
Ginger garlic paste-1 tbsp
Lots of curry leaves
Salt as per taste

Oil for shallow frying chicken
Tomato sauce-150 ml
