Char Sui Pork Marinade:

120ml soy sauce
80ml honey
80ml ketchup
75g brown sugar
60ml Chinese rice wine
2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
2 tablespoons red bean curd
1 teaspoon Chinese five-spice powder

Marinade the pork belly (de-boned with the rind removed) overnight in a zip-loc bag.

Grill until cooked through.
