इसके पीले रंग के पीछे का कारण हैं lycopene की कमी होना | lycopene एक तरह का antioxidant होता है और इसी की वजह से ही टमाटर, तरबूज और अंगूरो का रंग लाल होता है || वैसे lycopene का काम सिर्फ़ रंग को लाल करना नही होता बल्कि इसके और बहुत से फ़ायदे होते हैं | पीले रंग का तरबूज पूरी तरह से natural होता है पर क्योंकि ये हमारे बीच मे commonly नही दिखाई देता इसलिए ये हमे एक अलग feeling देता है | वैसे आजकल भारत के कई किसान इसकी खेती कर रहे हैं और अगर आपने कभी पीला तरबूज खाया है तो comment करके जरुर बताए आज के लिए बस इतना ही जल्द मिलते हैं नई video के साथ मे
