SD Mental Counselors Assocition recognizes PCSO, RCPD May,2019

Based on law enforcement response to an incident January 1, 2019, the South Dakota Counseling Association is recognizing the Pennington County Sheriff's Office and the Rapid City Police Department. Dr. Thom Flamboe, Ph.D. and Duane Kavanaugh, with the South Dakota Mental Counselors Association explain the mission to help people with mental illness.
