Seiko Service Center USA Repair Review - Our Experience

In this video, we discuss and review our experience with the Seiko Service Center USA in New Jersey. The Seiko Service Center offers some of the lowest repair costs in the country for vintage Seikos. We put our experience to the test and show you exactly what happened with our watch. For this service, we submitted a vintage, 1972 Seiko 61390-8002 chronograph for service. With great hopes at the promise of developing a long-lasting relationship with the store, our experience fell far short from a positive experience.

After two weeks of waiting with very poor communication, our watch was returned in worse condition than how it was sent AND it was not even serviced. We were not made aware of this until the item was returned to our store. It would have been very easy to send Seiko any parts they were missing, but no opportunity was given to us to do that. What a waste!
