I loved getting to film through the tube back in February out at Snowshoe. It is a great way to show how far that quality night vision can see.

This video specifically shows the main lodge at 1,100 yards. Filming night vision always seems to downgrade the image slightly but you have no problem identifying someone walking at that range.

Obviously there are other necessary tools to get concrete PID and to actually engage something at that distance if you need to. Key phrase is IF YOU NEED TO.
