This machine adopts swing shear cutting device which is similar to Georg swing shear cutting machine.
It is in compact structure, main body is only about 2.2~2.4m long, including centering, notching, punching and cutting.
It combines V-notching, hole-punching and mitre cutting together, capable for cutting various transformer lamination in step lap:

- Swing shear design, compact structure, small workshop occupation
- Cutting, notching, punching are all servo motor driving, better reliability and quicker speed
- Delta AC servo + Delta PLC, high precision, length & hole position accuracy 0.1mm
- Max. feeding speed 100m/min, one shift can cut 1.5 tons lamination
- PLC control, HMI operation, simple and convenient
- Full automatic step-lap function, 3,5,7 steps, each step max. two lamination
- Carbide cutting blades and punching tools, long life, less burr
