Mallikarjun Kharge Attacks Modi Govt Over Fuel Prices & Rupee Fall

Congress President and Rajya Sabha LoP Mallikarjun Kharge launched a sharp attack on Prime Minister Narendra Modi over the repeated fuel price hikes and the falling value of the Indian Rupee.

Speaking in Bengaluru, Karnataka, Kharge said fuel prices are increasing repeatedly and warned that fertilizer prices may rise next. He questioned the Modi government’s economic policies, claiming the Rupee could soon touch 100 against the US Dollar.

Kharge also criticized PM Modi’s foreign visits, asking what investments India has gained from the international honours received during those trips.
