Can't see Copilot in Microsoft 365, Teams or Outlook? How to make the Copilot Chat app visible

If you want to use Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat, but can't see a way to access it, odds are that it isn't pinned to your left navigation menu in Microsoft Teams, Outlook, or in microsoft365.com.

Here's how to pin it as a Microsoft 365 admin, so that your users can see and use it:
Starting in the Microsoft 365 admin center, here's how to pin Copilot Chat to the left navigation of Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and the Microsoft 365 Copilot app to make it easy for people to find.
- In the Microsoft 365 admin center under Copilot Control System - Settings tab and in the Pin Copilot Chat control, you can enable the feature.
- Optionally, you can ‘Allow users to be asked whether they want to pin it.’
- Here, you’ll select Pin Copilot Chat to the navigation bar then Save to confirm.
- And once you’ve enabled this, your users can get started from those apps right away.
