Leatherman Surge Modification / Adding A Cable Cutter

One of the tools I really like on some Victorinox models is the cable cutter used to strip off insulation of large diameter cables. I decided to modify the large driver of my Leatherman Surge to accommodate this function. It actually worked out pretty well. All told, this mod took about an hour to perform. The results were well worth it to me.
