TheGingerGuide heads down to the historic Plymouth Barbican with little Moo in tow to check out the chaos and crowds of Pirates Weekend! ⚓🏴‍☠️

With Dorris at work, this was meant to be the perfect chance to finally launch a YouTube livestream from the Barbican… but things quickly start going wrong and the livestream idea is thrown completely overboard! 😅

After a much-needed de-stress stop at Wetherspoons, we explain exactly what happened and try to salvage the day by turning the footage into a full vlog adventure around Plymouth.

Starting at the amazing National Marine Aquarium, we head over the footbridge into the packed streets of the Barbican, navigating the huge Pirates Weekend crowds, passing the legendary Cap'n Jaspers and making our way through the famous waterfront pubs including the Cider Press, The Three Crowns, The Navy Inn and The Ship before heading onto bustling Southside Street.

Expect crowds, pirate costumes, Plymouth atmosphere, family chaos, laughs, frustration and a real look at one of the South West’s biggest waterfront events.
