BODYBUILDER REACTS TO AMY | Still Vague About Nutrition

Hey Guys,

Few days late to the party, but here is my latest react to Amy's Life Journey. I think I will pre-watch them moving forward because she says a whole lot of nothing for the most part...

I did start counting the calories and macros to see if that will be visible in her weight loss this week.

I hope she will start talking us through more of her thought processes around food, why she chooses certain things and also show some of her exercise routine - maybe next time.
