Tickle Cove Pond

A lovely ballad I heard one day on CBC radio and fell in love with, 'Tickle Cove Pond' is an East Coast ballad about a man who risked the ice road too late in the spring and nearly lost his mare in the Pond.

Like all great ballads it has wonderful lyrics and music and a gripping story with a valuable lesson within. My music is slightly different from the recordings I've heard but the point in being able to play live music is that you can perform a song in your own style.
