The night parrot is one of Australia’s most mysterious birds. So mysterious, it was thought to be extinct. Almost no-one has ever seen it!

ABC 'Off Track' presenter Ann Jones hits the road to join the search for this elusive animal. She travels to the Birriliburu Indigenous Protected Area in remote Western Australia and a secret location in western Queensland, the Pullen Pullen Reserve.
